the location is unbeatable. i could easily reach many historical sites and the metro lines were close. the room i had was very clean. the shower was fantastic, with a great way to unwind after a day of exploration.
the room i booked felt a bit small. there was also some noise from outside, it sometimes disturbed my rest, especially in the early morning.

The reception staff were very helpful. They provided useful information about local attractions. they also assisted with directions to the nearest metro station and recommended a local restaurant. It was a positive experience. i appreciated their willingness to assist.

the location was very convenient. i was very close to the market de boquería and a metro stop. a nice courtyard was in front of the hotel. there were restaurants right below the hotel.
the receptionist seemed grumpy and rude upon my arrival. he directed me to the vending machine for water. the breakfast was expensive and not great in a dingy room.

I reserved an interior comfort triple room. The room was bright and airy. The beds were very comfy! I was able to easily access the metro station and several bus lines. This made seeing local attractions easy. The staff were helpful with directions.
The only MINOR inconvenience I experienced was a lack of conditioner. I needed to purchase my own at a nearby shop.

This hotel boasts an EXCELLENT location, right off La Rambla. A short walk takes you to a beautiful courtyard. I also found easy access to the Metro and local bus routes.

i find the roof top bar area is fantastic and the entrance decor too is nice. the staff appear real friendly and helpful, and they attend quickly to any requests, like giving the children robes. i loved las ramblas location with shops and places to eat just within a minute walk away.
the room felt a bit small. there werent bin in the room only in restroom which wasnt enough. i needed tissue so i called the reception (around 10 pm) the person can't understand or speak english, which makes it hard.

Breakfast includes juices that taste real fresh, not like powder. pancakes appear nice. staff seemed quick, they keep food full as soon as it runs low. Superb breakfast.

I found the location ideal. It sits just off la rambla on a quiet square with several restaurants. the room was cleaned and the towels were changed daily. it felt nice, clean and modern. i appreciated that the best bakery cafe was directly across the street.
the hotel room lacked tea and coffee facilities, a small detail that would have improved the stay.
